Booking Deposits
For 1st time customers of SpeedyShine on higher value valets or customers at the edge of our travelling area, we reserve the right to request a deposit of 50% of the value of the works to be carried out.
The remainder will be paid on completion of the job.
In the unlikely event of last minute cancellations by the customer/vehicle not being present on arrival etc, the deposit will be non refundable.

Last Minute Cancellations/Postponements:
For any cancellations/postponements, please provide as much notice as possible - this allows me to find additional work to fill in the cancelled/postponed appointment slot.
A reasonable amount of time is classed as a period of 24hrs or more. Any less and a cancellation fee may be applicable of 1/2 the value of the valet booking will be applicable.
Vehicle Not Being Present on Arrival
In the situation that the vehicle is not present on arrival, an hourly charge of £35 per hour will be applicable until the vehicle arrives (subject to goodwill), if not within the hour or if there isn't enough time unitl my next booking to complete the job, then a cancellation fee of a value of 3/4 the cost of the valet will be applicable. If multiple vehicles are booked with me for the day and i'm not given sufficient notice that some vehicles won't be present, I reserve the right to request a partial payment for the time set aside for these vehicles as it's time that i cannot fill with additional work elsewhere at short nitice.

Make sure the vehicle is in a ready state to be cleaned!
Please make sure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle, child seats, items in the boot etc.
I allocate an estimated amount of time for each appointment, having to spend additional time removing large amounts of items from the vehicle before i can even begin can knock back following appointments throughout the day. Please remember to remove your stuff, it really helps! :)

Quoted Prices
All prices given are estimates at time of booking, based on a presumed level of debris/dirt prior to cleaning for each package.
Anything which will require substantially more time to clean may be subject to additional charges.
This will be discussed on arrival if required.

Poor Weather/Freezing Conditions:
British weather is unpredicatable at the best of times. We reserve the right to postpone to a more suitable day in the event that the weather is extremely poor on the booking date (as much notice will be given as possible). Examples of poor weather include heavy, persistant rain and freezing temperatures. We will endeavor to arrive if possible, however in very poor weather circumstances, we have no choice in order to provide a quality service.
